Ana and her cat
Hi dear Debi, Thank you for the Response 5 course! We had a chance to apply it successfully on our cat and I think she became addicted to it. I am a human body practitioner since 2003 , so the course technique was not hard, but required some adjustments. We think the cat had a broken/dislocated (hanging down and sideways) tail with pain and neurological symptoms (no eliminations) following by urinary track infection. Afte...Bob and Louise
I'm urging anyone to add this skill to your life! Out of desperation to help our aging dog with Degenerative Myelopathy, I signed on to Response5. Within 3 weeks my wife and I were seeing noted differences!
Brenda and Champ update
Re: My Dog Champ with DM. I know my year of assistance from you is coming to an end (which I have to say makes my heart swell because he's still with me and walking). I don't believe any of that would have been possible without the Response5 technique. I'm truly grateful for the time you've given me with him. Note from Debi~ My support never ends, I'm here for you!Carol and Zac
Hi Debi I have now completed all of Zac's treatments. I have found that he is a happier dog. He has more energy and brighter eyes. He is more stable when he walks, he has the occasional wobble, and his left hind leg still collapses underneath him at times but he is much happier walking around the garden. He has even tried climbing a few steps on his own but I am right there behind him, just in case he needs my help. The...Darcy
I am SO IMPRESSED with the quality of your instructional videos - the whole program!!. Its so well thought out! I wish I had done this when I first found you last winter! I am a human bowenworker which for sure helps, but doggie anatomy had been really slowing me down trying to sort what to do for my dog. Your process both simplifies the WHAT to do, and the videos make the HOW clear, and your...David and Bubba
I think the method seems to be working for Bubba's DM! I am not seeing him cross as much. For me anything that may help is a good thing. Before he was getting caught on the stairs and legs were crossing, he's now able to do the stairs with more ease!Huy
I will wrapping up the 10 formula today with our 15 year old pekingese today. I am reaching for next steps per your last email. I have the noticed following changes in her: - more alert/ greater situational awareness - gets up easier from laying position - back legs seem stronger /straighter sometimes - willingness to interact with us - willing to take longer walks - her appetites...Janet
Hi Deb, I went to bed last night feeling very sad and discouraged about Annie ( Boxer with degenerative Myelopathy). Woke up feeling the same way. But we just finished a thirty minute stroll on our street and she only fell one time!! Thank you for all you do. Really such a blessing to have a plan and a hope for progress and support from you! Love Annie Green - the Boxer Girl - she is d...Jerry and Luca
I am reporting the results of the 10 Day application of Respnse5 on Luca my 13 year old Siberian Husky. Maybe six months ago I became a ware that something wasn't right. I thought Luca had the beginnings of arthritis in his rear legs. Now I believe it is DM I changed his diet taking him off kibble and giving him meats, vegetables and fish. He went from being in pain and dragging his left foot to a happy energetic dog runnin...Kate and Izzy
I have just finished the 10 day formula and I’m writing to you for further instructions. A little history. My dog is a 13 year old mixed breed. Predominantly border collie, lab and shepherd. Her name is Izzy and she up until this point has always been one of the happiest dogs I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. This past summer I noticed that she would not put her rear hide leg down when I took her out for her morning w...Kylene and Charlie
Good morning Debi- Monday will be my last day for Charlie's 2nd step to Response 5. May I ask you what I should do next? Should I keep doing the 2nd step Response 5? I have seen more of an improvement this time with his walking. He isn't laying all of the time and gets up more often. When walking on our walks, he seems to feel much more comfortable with going up and down street curbs; before he would get up and then com...Lexi ~ Update
Lexi is no longer scrambling into the car but can jump in properly now. She is enjoying her walks a lot more as long as I don't take her near noisy little children. She is a real little devil - noisy, bossy, stubborn and we all love her so much so thank you for teaching me how make her more comfortable. Thank you Debi - I will forever be grateful to you. Very best wisheslLarry Carl and Georgie (DM)
I did the Ten Day Formula and wrote back to you. You then sent me a personal email and set out a special Formula for Georgie, my dog with Degenerative Myelopathy. I completed that formula. Some improvements. Not falling when she poops and is able to turn better without falling. Her tail hangs naturally when we go walking outside. It does not wag to the left or right. Here is the situation at present. Mostly when inside and...MariLynn
I was very pleased with the course. Being a Bowen practitioner, I have been interested Bowen for animals for some time. I would love to be able to take the courses for large animals as well. I was particularly interested in how to appraise the animal for areas of weakness. I found that very useful. The only drawback is that now every time I look at a dog I am analyzing its posture! ...Maureen ~ Update
It’s been a while since I updated you and I am anxious to share some things! Tanner continues to do well. He can walk for miles, though I generally limit it to a mile several times a week. He gained all 10 lbs back! I couldn’t believe it when I looked at the scale. His strength and stability is good and he has little trouble going up entire flights of stairs!
Milo and Liz
Milo has improved a lot since the last 3 sessions you recommended. He is walking better when he goes on walks. We are very happy with his progress!

Response5 is such an incredibly simple and easy way to keep dogs in good shape! The videos were so well done. Easy to follow, and providing enough repetition to really get it. Online learning isn't always easy, but the videos are really well done. Any dog owner would benefit from taking this quick course. It would bring so much benefit to their four legged pals.Portia and Eve ~ Update
Thank you yet again for all your wonderful help and advice. We have been using the last pattern for about three weeks now and there has definitely been an improvement, especially with Portia as she is more stable on her rear legs now and jumps into the car without her left leg tending to drag. She is walking really well and has heaps of energy when we go out!Rachel
Response5 is a great course with lots of information both videos and written (which I found very helpful). I love how simple it is to pick up and how incredibly powerful and helpful it is on the dog. Only 5 steps yet, so positively impactful for your dog! I am very excited to continue using Response5 with my dog to keep her well balanced and feeling her best! Thanks, Rachel from Ontario ...Rhiannon
First Email after the 10 day Formula! I'm so happy with the results I am getting with my dog Libbie. Before she was having problems with balance and her paw would knuckle over and she is NOT doing that at all now! She still has weakness in her backend when she stands and her right hind knee shakes, do you think this is something that will improve as well? Thank you so very much...Rhonda and Luca
Hi Deb, I have completed the 10 days with Luca (13yr old Samoyed). He has improved greatly. His top line is almost level and he is walking without scuffing. What is the next step. I would like to upload some video for you to see. I can only do it through messenger. Would that be ok? Regards Rhonda ASherri
Response5 Case Study Summary, congrats Sherri for moving on to Level 1! ~ Debi I learnt a lot about dogs mobility and different conditions I'd never noticed before, not even in my own dogs. I'm now even performing Response5 on my husky post run and once i have someone to help me hold my highly anxious, young, deaf border collie I'll start treating him as well. I found Tilly very much like treat...Sree and Siva (laryngeal paralysis)
Wanted to get back to you, as to how things went. The first day I did the 1-2-3-2-2-4-5, he slept all day long. A couple of nights in the beginning, we did the step 2 alone, twice. He is so much better!! We don't hear him breathing anymore!! He gradually came off his Doxepin and then the gabapentin. Right now, I am doing the above sequence about every 4 days or so, and taking my cues from him. Thank you so much f...Tammy

In just a few days of implementing this therapy we already seeing such huge improvement! So grateful to you, Thank you, we have so much more hope than we did last week, Thank you. TammyTricia ~ thoughts on Response5 Certification
Hi Debi, Thank you very much! Very excited on completing this first stage! I appreciate your prompt feedback and thoughtful insights. At some points I wasn't sure if I was providing enough information on the case studies. It was for my own knowledge too, making sure I'm providing you with enough information or if I need to include more in a specific area as I go along. Though the therap...Zoey and Amanda
Zoey had 2 ACL surgeries in the last 3 years and had very poor mobility. I noted mood changes, mobility changes and an overall happier dog!
